Riverside Ground is a cricket venue located in Chester-le-Street, County Durham, England. Because of sponsorship reasons, the venue is referred to as Seat Unique Riverside. Established in the year 1995, the venue has hosted several domestic and international cricket matches since then. Riverside is home to Durham County Cricket Club and the first match played there was also a Durham vs Warwickshire in 1995. Later the next year, the ground hosted its first international match which was an ODI between England and West Indies Women’s cricket teams. In 2003, the first Test match was played at the venue between England and Zimbabwe.
