One of the Finest Cricket Stadiums in Pakistan with great History, Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium is a very good cricket stadium in Pakistan. Gaddafi Stadium is one of the first of its kind stadium in Pakistan which has a floodlights facility and its own Power Generators.

Apart from Cricket, Gaddafi Stadium is also famous for Hockey Sport as well. Talking about the statistics, Gaddafi Stadium has hosted 41 Test Matches, 69 ODIs, and 24 T20 International Matches so far.

Gaddafi Stadium is a cricket stadium located in Lahore, Pakistan. Built-in the year 1959, the stadium is also recognized as Lahore Stadium. Nasreddin Murat-Khan, a Russian-born Pakistan architect and civil engineer developed the design of the stadium which was taken later taken into consideration by Mian Abdul Khaliq and Company to construct Pakistan’s biggest stadium. In the inaugural year of Gadaffi Stadium, i.e., 1959, the first test match was played between Pakistan and Australia. From then till now, multiple international and home matches are hosted on the grounds of Lahore Stadium. Recently, the matches of the Pakistan Super League were also played in the stadium with the first one being the finals of the 2017 season.
