DY Patil Sports Stadium is a multi-purpose sports venue located in the D.Y. Patil Campus at Nerul, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ground was built in 2008 and is privately owned by D.Y. Patil Sports Academy. The venue majorly hosts cricket matches alongside other events including football tournaments, music concerts, etc. The stadium was announced as the home ground of Mumbai City FC and was also the home ground for the IPL franchise team, Mumbai Indians for a brief time after its inauguration in 2008. A number of IPL matches have been played at the ground including the 2008 and 2010 IPL Finals. In 2022, DY Patil Stadium hosted its first Women T20 International which was between India and Australia's women’s teams.
