Diamond Oval is a small and very good cricket pitch ground in South Africa. It is one of the best playing pitch grounds in SA. Diamond Oval is located in Kimberley City of SA. Diamond Oval cricket ground does not have a Floodlight facility so, we can't have day and night matches here.

Talking about the statistics, Diamond Oval cricket ground has hosted 18 ODI matches and 2 T20 International Matches. Surprisingly, No Test Match has been played here.

Located in Kimberley, Northern Cape, Diamond Oval is a multi-purpose South African Stadium. The venue was opened in 1973 and was named De Beers Diamond Oval. Mostly, the ground is used for hosting cricket matches and is also recognized as the home venue of VKB Knights and the Northern Cape. The venue witnessed its first ODI on April 7, 1998, which was between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The ground has hosted Women's ODI as well since October 2016. However, to date, only one T20I was played on the ground which was between South Africa and Zimbabwe in the year 2010.
