Pakistan Women’s National Cricket Team was granted International Cricket Council Test Status in 1998. The team represents Pakistan in international women’s cricket and is one of the eight teams competing in the ICC Women’s Championship. Pakistan Cricket Board is responsible for organizing the team and is also a full member of the ICC. The team played its first Test match against Sri Lanka in 1998 and the first ODI against New Zealand in 1997. The team also made its appearance four times in the Women’s World Cup. As of now, Pakistan Women’s National Cricket Team has played 142 matches in which the team won 58 and lost 77 games.
