The Desert Vipers team is going to compete in the International League T20 in 2023,  also called UAE T20 League, (ILT20) as a Twenty20 franchise cricket team. The premier professional Twenty20 cricket league in the United Arab Emirates is called the International League T20 (ILT20), and it is run by the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB). Lancer Capital LLC is the team's owner of the Desert Vipers. James Foster will serve as the team's coach and the captain of the team is yet to be announced. The matches under ILT20 are scheduled to be hosted in the year 2023.
